  Just fine. Thin and watery Pinot with very little personality. I did enjoy the slight earthy notes and sour cherry profile, but this just fails to entertain in any way. Hard to pair with food due to the same, and thus easier on its own unless you wish to lose it.

  I was absolutely thrown off by the deceiving deep pink colour when poured. When swirled long slow set of legs appeared with notes of minerals, spices with very little fruit notes when swirled. On the palate a peppery taste with hints of sweetness of cherry & vanilla were noticeable. This was not an overly complex Pinot with little tannins & an ok body. This wine surely tasted better then what it looked like when poured & it did get better over time as it was exposed to the air. I would rate this wine an average scoring wine that I was disappointed with as you can get far better Pinot’s around this price point. Sorry Niagara region wineries...I still haven’t found a wine that I like from Niagara area.

  Acheté au vignoble. Un pinot léger mais pas simplet... Jolie nez de fruits rouges, cerises sûres et fraises,épices douces, léger funk bio... On retrouve les mêmes saveurs en bouche, c'est frais, très digeste, manque un peu de corps et de longueur, mais d'une grande buvabilité. Alcool a 12% c'est rare de nos jours et surtout le bienvenue.

  Acheté à l’aveugle au vignoble et bu le soir-même sur des pâtes et terminer quelques jours plus tard. Un petit pinot non boisé, loin du style de la maison, se présentant avec des arômes végétal herbacés, un peu de fruit, des champignons. Pas mauvais mais pas dans mes cordes, un peu cher même à 25$.
