Waxy, nutty and floral. Clearly mature, yet there are still some deep yellow fruit notes (dreid apricot, papaya, baked apple) left. Also hints of vanilla, honeycomb and pumpkin-spice latte. Really nice.

Holy Moly BYOB Dinner (Burlamacco Ristorante): Medium yellow, with a silver hue, and daybright. Nose of jasmine, hint of chamomile, popcorn, and greyish slate. Acids are mouthwatering on a medium body, with soil mineral driven flavours that’s being slatish, ripe yellow peach, salad leaves, some nail varnish, and a finish of medium length

This has a chardonnay like nose with some oak influence. Viscous on the palate, low acid but not too flabby like most Rhone blancs. Still retain freshness. Quite well done for the style

Firstly this was the red version of this wine NOT WHITE. Slight amber in the glass. Stewed plums and subtle notes of garrigue on the nose. Cherry syrup and plums with a dusty feel on the roof of the mouth. Soft tannins with adequate acidity and lengthy finish.

Tell-tale aromatice of mature white Rhones, but.... this time with a firm amount of acidic freshness.
Very nice, well done!
