Inte riktigt i balans än. Kan behöva ett par år för att syran och strävheten ska lugna sig lite.
Dag 2 var det bättre och passade bra till salt å vinäger chips. Syran dämpades en aning och istället kommer go mörkröd frukt fram. Svårt att säga exakta frukter men upplevdes som mörka
