  I had the opportunity to drink this wine at La Grenette in Aosta, where they serve this wine by the glass. I had it with a perfectly prepared piece of Kobe filet.
  
  Light ruby color. Enticing aromas of blackcurrant, fresh berries, some green oepper evolving with milk chocolate, wet earth and cedar. Full bodied with silky tannins, balanced acidity and some sweetnes of fruit. The finish is very long, fresh and following through nicely from the initial aromas.
