This is a very interesting wine. Dark purple, but medium bodied. Strong notes of berries and plum at the front that burst into a delightful spiciness at the back. It did not pair well with my steak, but by itself it shone.

Closed on the nose, medium to dark purple in color. On the palate is berries and dark cherries. Medium acidity and tannins. Easy drinking wine even without food. I paired this with Pasta, meatballs and sausage and it stood up well with the hearty food.

Medium purple color. Not a lot of aroma on the nose. Dark berries, but not intense. Flavor is much bigger than the aromas. Medium acidity on front and finish mixed with balanced tannins. Long finish. Medium body. Dry taste.

Dark purple color. Aromas of plums and dark berries. Moderate acidity with moderate tannins in this simple wine with a short finish. Medium body. This is a good sipper--the flavor stands on its own and requires no food to enhance it.

Red Blend: Tempranillo, Bobal, Monastrel. Color is pale ruby with thin, subtle legs. (12%abv) Practically opaque letting little light through. Big berry aromas on the pour and this is very evident on the first sniff. Aromas of blackberries and cherries. Very smooth on the front. Dry with light acidity. Light tannins appear on the finish. The finish is fairly complex and interesting as the tannins and acidity play and work together. Light bodied, elegant wine. We enjoyed it without food and it made a great wine on its own.
