  Deep golden hue, with uncuous body, twang of oak but it works, straw and melon with acidity, not your average white, great wine,

  APPEARANCE: clear; pale lemon; medium legs & tears
  NOSE: clean; medium intensity; flavours: elderflower, lemon, mould (like the grey crust of French cheese) ; developing
  PALATE: off-dry; high acidity; medium body; medium alcohol; medium+ finish; medium+ flavour intensity; flavour characteristics: as per nose: stone fruit (peach), red apple, lemon, mould
  READINESS FOR DRINKING: Can drink now, but has potential for 2-3y ageing
  FURTHER REMARKS: great wine with excellent concentration, acidity well balanced with sugar and flavours. Long pleasant finish with lingering flavours. Very intersting complexity, never smelled something like this in a wine (mould) , but this is very nice! Try it, you won't regret!
