  very pale, straw colour. nose: a lot of mineral - limestone, chalky aromas; some vegetal notes (celeriac); there is fruit ad well - apples and lemon. taste: medium (+) acidity; fruit - lemon, apple, some peach and orange. unfortunetlyu bit flat on the palate. Medium finish. Quite fresh but lacks vigour.
