The basic "Estate" Gewurz gets 3 hours maceration. Poured alongside Red Rooster 2019 "Reserve" Gewurz.
Lemon green. Pronounced aromas of honey, applesauce, floral, pear. On the palate, pronounced flavours of fruit but also asparagus. Not really the typical lychee anywhere.
Full bodied, M+ acidity, off dry, m alcohol (13%), long finish.
Cheaper ($20 vs $29) than the Reserve. A better sipper.
