  • Very aromatic nose of citrus, grapefruit, orchard fruits, with a slightly herbal tone - perhaps lemongrass, some rocky minerality, and some fresh lime. On the Palate, it is light, refreshing, slightly bitter, with good fruit ripeness, a great limey core, some salty grapefruit, ending with good grip and high acidity. I would place this somewhere between a Sauvignon Blanc and a Riesling and have it with all sorts of light fish fare on a hot summer day. Perhaps a Ceviche with some cilantro or herbs, as there are some herbal notes. The slight bitterness could off-put some tasters, but I found it quite interesting and unique, reminding me of lime and minerals. While the palate could carry more weight or concentration, the nose is beautifully aromatic, and it's hard to ask more for the price!
