Took a bit to hit its stride. As a previous note said, it got better as it warmed from cellar to room temperature. This is a good example of why you buy blind wines. Great value.

2 hour decant. Had with cheesburgers and fries. Went fine. See through garnet in the glass. Mixed red fruit and spice on the nose. Some complexity and mixed red fruit on the palatte. not sweet. Fine grained tannins let you know they are there, but are not too agressive. We drank bottle before during and after dinner. Wine is dry and didnt open open up much more over the 3 hours open. Did like it better at room temp than at 59 when first opened. Would be happy to bring this over to a friends house that likes cabs.

Beautiful nose; Pop and pour shows beautifully with excellent structure and great fruit; Excellent balance; Nose goes on and on; Among the best cabs I've had in a long time.

My first bottle of this lot. Looks like this guy is starting to come around. 2 hr decant, nice nose, dark fruit, plenty of tannins. Still young, wait a few years.

Tasting great. Need a little time to open. Great Tobago, leather, and red fruit caracteristics. They can be held for more time.
