  • Pale yellow. Not much of a nose. Well made wine. Good acidity with good fruit of melon, lemon. Mineral. Medium bodied. Long finish. Drinking well. I was looking for a benchmark Chile SB. I'm not sure this is it. This was more like an old world wine. Good drinking

  • Interesting nose that combines smoky and wet stone aromas with green papaya, lime zest and orange marmalade. Medium bodied, the acid is juicy yet the weight shows evidence of the eggs and barrel aging. Not exactly varietally-focused, this styled wine offers domineering toasted oak with lime pith, tangerine and crushed gravel. Probably best with food, could see it going well with a Cesar salad or grilled shrimp.
