Despite the label advice to drink young, I stuck a couple of bottles into the cellar to see how they would pan out. The result? Well, not massively exciting. The fruit has mellowed a bit (which i like), but the acidity now dominates (not so good). OK, this was never meant to be aged, but these experiments are interesting.

This presents bright lime and some kero on the nose. The colour's still perfect straw yellow. The palate is a bit simple with round fruit and moderate length. Drink now. Good value.

Michael Schuster Wine Course w3. Pale yellow colour. Dry wine with classic lemon and lime and a hint of minerality on the nose. Rich body with more lemon and lime on the palate. A little bit of sherbet and a reasonable finish.

At The Seal, Woodbridge, Suffolk. Pale lemon, tints of green. Moderately intense but attractive nose with floral and lime notes. Only moderately deep on the palate with a shortish finish but attractively flavoured and decent acidity balanced nicely by a touch of residual sugar. Good +.

Pale lemon colour with intense floral nose followed by citrus (grapefruit?) aromas. Not enough acidity for me but pleasant on the palate with a medium finish.
