  Genuinely great bottle for $15. Solid porch pounder. Not a complex and intellectual bottle. Nice vanilla flavor for only 6 months in new French oak barrels.

  Soft tannins that will benefit from time. Decent right from the bottle at open for the price. Had blueberry notes on nose almost merlot-like, with cranberry, apple skin and lingering wood on the pallet. Medium body with some lingering time. Needs aging for complexity.

  Blueberry nose, which makes me wonder if there’s some Syrah in here. The palate is rather tight, but there’s some nice fruit poking through. Give this another couple of years, a long decant, or a big steak.

  velvety is right. There's some plum, low tannin and mild for a cab. Body is pretty soft.
