Day1 2 hour decant, very enjoyable, a bit more tannic grip, but still mouth watering and no reason to hold. Very good. Day2 @room temp, more red fruit, more giving. More smiles as I sip. Still loving these.
4/24/23 had another bottle. 1 hour decant enjoyed over 3 hours. This is in my top 5 denegoce cabernets. Great on its own or with grilled meat. My wife liked as well and didnt bring up the 15% alc. No need to rush in, but good to know its super enjoyable now with only a few hour decant.

30 minute splash decant. Best showing yet, was not expecting it to be this giving with just a short decant. Aromatic and inviting. Bright with red and black fruit (big, but not stewed or ripe) with a mouth watering juicy finish. Oak is there but undercover and tanins arw subtle. Can smell and taste the 15%+ alcohol, but still really good. Had an OG274 last night and this OG42 is more aligned with my style (the 42 has more acid and is more assertive, as the 274 is more balanced/subdued and very very (too?) smooth). Either is nice, so win win.
Update day 2: just as good if not better.
75% Cabernet, 12% Petite Verdot, 10% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc.
