  Really blown away by this delicate aged Pommard from a humble year that never should have made it this long. More Volnay-like in many respects. Gorgeous texture, ripe fruits w/ great acid balance. Completely unexpected this one. Probably would have been even nicer a few years ago, but still drinking remarkably well for the year. Burgundy never ceases to amaze with wines like this!
