Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 90 points

  • 12% abv. Lots of congealed solids at the bottom. You can age this wine. The debris will compress over time, until the sediment resembles shards of mica at a fraction of this volume. Tasting note: tree-ripe heirloom peaches, in full aromatic bloom, furry and sticky on the inside. Blonde cigarette tobacco. Sweet tart sincere energy slurps itself. Mineral, salty background. AI3, though I think it might be blooming; could be gastro vinegar by Friday. Jarred's jealous that I got to drink the slurry at the bottom of the bottle.
