This is a very well integrated bottle and ready to drink. Wonderful acidity but not overbearingly so. Would love to hunt down more of these bottles but definitely feels under the radar.

Straw yellow; flint and chalk in the nose; lots of acidity, rich medium notes, some sweetness; fierce acidity the most dominant, really in your face; likely to mellow with age - right now, power, acidity, flavours in 2nd row

Method: opened bottle 24 hours in advance; white wine glass
Look: medium straw; med+ amount of slow legs
Nose: stone fruit (nectarine), light sea water, light petrol
Palate: salt rock, peach skin, minerality, lime; long- finish of lime pitch and mineral; bone dry; med- body; high acidity; no heat
Overall: Not surprisingly, I found this to be too young. The acidity is very high and not quite integrated and the fruit isn't very expressive. This was great with oysters, but I'd wait quite awhile before revisiting. Good wine, but too young.

During a merchant walkabout tasting, so only brief impressions. Very attractive today with subtle petrol notes.
