  Fresh as a daisy. Going to let at least one bottle sit out for a half-decade or so. Lots of acidity in this bottle with little fruit showing for the moment. Pear, hint of lime, green melon, and fresh cut chervil on the nose. Easy to drink now, but I prefer it with richer foods for the sooner window. Tasty.
