  • 100% Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo)
    from 11.25 ha single D.O. Toro Rompesadas vineyard in El Pego Zamora
    with alluvial & mostly sandy soil and vines planted in 1917.
    Manual harvest in 15-kilo cases.
    Fermented in steel tanks at cold temperature with twice daily
    push-down and long (~31 day) maceration.
    Aged 18 months 90% in new French barrel and 10% in new American barrel.
    15% Abv.
    Background: Bodegas Coral Duero founded by Jesús Fernández in 2003.
    GHI Holdings Limited took over on his retirement in 2019.
