  Single vineyard 10% whole bunch wild yeast 25% new French oak full MLF maturation for 9 months
  
  Colour medium ruby translucent pale pink edges 15/15
  Nose med + intensity dark cherry , strawberry ,and black plum fruit with truffles and spice, notes of cedar , vanilla, and star anise, bitter chocolate , mushroom ,hints of violet florals , amazing complexity from a young wine 29/30
  Palate med + bodied super mouthfeel,Dark cherry and dark chocolate with rich savoury complexity, earthy spice , savoury with fine supple tannins, long lingering finish , super balance 42/44
  Overall rich luxurious masculine Pinot , wonderful complexity from a old vine planted 1987 single vineyard 10/11
