  Brownish hue, clear, low intensity. Mature, warm nose with oak, rubber and a touch of vanilla. In the background red mature fruit. After a while, almost perfumed, then toasted oak. On the palate a slight sweetness, high acidity, low in tannins (very fine), medium(-) body, 13,5%. Silky texture. Sweet mature, warm red fruit, some oak. Strawberries in medium length(-) aftertaste. Backbone and some intensity in the flavours, but still something is missing; rather single dimensional and just quaffable. Miss something captivating, some excitement, had expected more.
  Day 2: Mostly raisins. Waited too long?
