Medium amber in the glass. The nose is showing some really intense secondary aromas in the form of malo, but more like a 20-year-old wine malo than a 5-year-old one. Palate is gentle, almost silent. Not showing much excitement which is a surprise for Movia. Usually these wines are bustling with energy and liveliness, but this just seemed MEH. Don't think anything was wrong with the bottle, it's just that this wine obviously can't aged that well as I was expecting it.

Pretty darn funky on the nose. Kinda a sour yeasty note on the nose. And apparently in barrel as well. And, I don't like this all that much. Like yeasty beery thing going on.

not sure how to evaluate this wine, the cork was crumbly, the wine was dark yellow, there were no scents initially and it was empty in the mouth, it was left in a decanter for a few hours and then it came together; scents of apples and flowers, medium bodied, engaging acid, fresh citrus and stone flavors, there is an experience in this that needs attention and patience, wildly delicious, all unfolding with decanting and as it moves to room temperature
