  Colour deep red pink edges black hues 15/15
  Nose med intensity plums blue berry mulberry white pepper chocolate liquorice super balance and depth of aromas 28/30
  Palate med bodied rich luscious fruits plums red and black fruits pepper spice The depth of fresh red-plum and peppery flavour is stunning. Such long and deep tannins carry concentrated and velvety, dark-cherry and plum flavours through the mid-section, which are then dusted in fine pepper and spice at the finish 42/44
  Overall the balance and concentration of flavour was perfect , it’s not like a Barossa Shiraz nor a Cool climate Shiraz , somewhere in between 9/11
