Pale gold, filtered Aromatics medium. Pear, yellow apple. Creamed yeast. No new oak Palate has medium + body. Acid medium. Late phenolics. Alcohol medium. Yellow flowers, yellow apples. Creamy mouthfeel from lees. Finish has a medium + length. Balanced Dry glass notes of hay Overall nice. For a blind tasting this does lack the minerality and acid I would expect for Muscadet. I have one more bottle. Will hold for several years and see how this changes.

Double blind tasting Pale gold color Medium intensity aromas of green apple/ stone fruit and citrus oils with creamy tones - white/ yellow florals and fresh sage - old oak aging Medium bodied palate of apple and dry herbs - round mouthfeel consistent with extended lees contact Medium plus acidity with medium plus phenolic bitterness at back of palate - medium alcohol and moderate finish I called this Albarino which is exactly what I called this blind two years ago - obviously Im not learning well from my mistakes The florality and phenolics really take me to Albarino - I haven't felt comfortable with my call either time as the mouthfeel is just too round and dense - this is just really aromatic for a Muscadet Maybe not exactly a benchmark for the region - quite aromatic and not mineral driven probably due to this - but really an enjoyable and well crafted wine Drinking well but will improve with aging at least 3-5 yrs - prob much longer

Not quite what I expect from a Muscadet, but still a nice wine. Will go a bit cheaper for a more traditional Muscadet next time.

Candied lemon and lime on the nose, lots of wonderful minerality on the palate. This wine ages beautifully.

Easy to drink, balanced acidity, fruit and minerality. Not particularly complex but everyone will enjoy it
