  • Stunning and exceeding every expectation I had for this wine. It’s complex beyond any Gruner I’ve had to date, and has a perfect balance of ripeness and acidity that you don’t always see in old world whites. Almost a touch of a reductive note going on here that makes the nose infectious, and there’s a little zing straight from the bottle telling me it’s unfined and unfiltered, and it really adds some extra joy here as opposed to feeling flawed or rough around the edges. It’s just all around an outstanding white wine that’ll fit into any Michelin starred menu for those early lighter courses.
