  This was my first bottle of this young but insanely delicious bottle of Auction Kabinett from the uber talented Florian Lauer.
  This was enjoyed with some delicious Indian food with seafood heavy dishes and paired particularly well with some tandoori grilled tiger prawns.
  Initial notes of Petrol gave way to candied limes, orchard fruits, and a hint of florality.
  The juicy palate is full of piquant apples and liquid minerals. So young, but who cares?! The youthful energy is so irresistible that it was hard to put the glass down. This wine seemed to just evaporate into thin air!
  There is no doubt that this will grow and mature, developing greater levels of nuance and complexity. But, it is hard to deny the sheer magnetism of this wine in its youth. The long and racy finish just pulling you in and refusing to let go. What a wine!

  嗅觉上很充沛，有石灰和白垩土的粉质矿物感，果味有不是很熟的草莓、青苹果、柑橘等，还有点白茶和白花的香味，稍微有点硫。入口整体感很强，结构大，强壮，各方面稳健，酸度高，也融合在酒里，很立体。果味融合度比较高，还是苹果、桃子、柑橘等比较正统的果味，前段稍微有些不清晰，出点软梨子，导致不够凌厉利落，收尾有点金桔，矿物感起点缀作用，存在感不太强。第二轮则更加花香一些。

  Pære, mandarin, men generelt ikke så mye på duft. Frisk i anslaget, men med betydelig restsødme for en kabinett I munnen appelsin; god fruktfylde. God match til kveitecurry. Relativt lang ettersmak med delikat bittertouch.
