Rubust acidity and excellent balance now guarantees this to be a classic Burgundy, and a great value at that. I have confidence that this will steadily convert the most devout non-Burgundy-believers. Once you go Pouilly-Fuisse, you dont' go back to ordinary Chardonnay. Oak and Butter, did I know thee? One couple at a time; my wife and I have much work to do.
