Lovely cool climate shiraz that was enjoyed by many, however a little ‘manufactured’?
Was not expecting the ripe red fruit that is unmissable on the pallate. Although the refinement and finesse make this enjoyable now, the fine tannins, structure and ample fruit make indicate this wine will only improve with time in the cellar.
Will try the next one in 5yrs if I can be that disciplined.
