An outstanding wine. I’m surprised for such a new winery to creat a white Rhone blend of this caliber. Beautiful mouth feel, delightful finish Had it with PHO tonight. Probably should have saved for a more elegant dinner, but glad we didn’t wait.

14.0% alcohol. Moderate yellow color. This comes with a very attractive nose of lemony floral notes, with a kind of spiced pear sensibility. In the mouth, superb balance. It's very fruit forward with good tang and excellent acidity. This keeps the focus and purity just right, avoiding any bitter notes that sometimes creep into these white Rhone blends in California. A really excellent effort. A-

Needs to be served at cellar temp to show best, don't chill it to death!
Subtle but lively on the nose. Beeswax, white flowers and melon lead into a hint of tapioca. Lime zest and a shadow of fresh cilantro mirror the effect of the nose by giving way to a creamy meringue reminiscent of the tapioca from the nose. The finish is built around a satisfying and lingering acidity. Very good.
