  Lemony lime zest, white field flowers, wet slate, fresh sliced apple with green herbal spice. Faintest hint of burnt rubber/petrol. Has slimmed down while gaining focus with tons of fresh cut crisp apple, lemon jolly rancher with underpinning salinity and Pink grape fruit adding to Long finish. Focused, clean and feminine. Old Skool Mosel Ausy. Purchased upon release and stored accordingly... Na zdrowie

  Lime zest, blueberry, mineral lift, hints of apple, lees and green herbal spice. Fugi-Gala apple driven fruit profile, good concentration with lacey interwoven acidity and hints of white honey. Finishing Salty minerality, leesy, with touch of grip. Quite good at the moment but, would benefit from a couple years of proper storage which should bring more focus. If your budget allows and you want a bigger Auslese Bang seek out the Urgluck. Purchased as direct import upon release, stored accordingly and enjoyed 40-50 on its own... Na zdrowie
