Much nicer than previous bottle ~6 months ago. Acid no longer overpowering. Notes of lemon, citrus, maybe a hint of tart apple and vanilla creme. I still prefer Albarinos with a more broad fruit palette, but this is quite drinkable. @JKSCULLY is right in that it's better slightly warmer and after about 45 mins or so of air.

I used most of this for cooking, but what I saved to taste was pretty good. Much better on the warmer side and with about 45 minutes of air. Nice honey and almond notes and then a blast of kiwi fruit laced with grapefruit, lemon and oranges. I get nice smoky and salty minerals on the finish. I wish that I tried it with food, but for the price, it’s worth another shot.
