Concentrated, really well balanced. Some savoury elements developing. Red apple, florals, vague exotic spice like cardamom, bit of a bitter green component. Complex.

Very true Riesling. Lemongrass, lime peel, subtle petrol and apple blossom. Light bodied, high acid, saline sea spray, honeycomb and herbs on the finish. Very tight. Needs time. Pretty delicious though. From the oldest vines at Pewsey Vale planted in 1961. All stainless, wild ferment. 0.5 g/l RS. 6.57 g/l TA.

Very pale, clear & bright. Aromas of orange zest, white pepper, gunflint, honeysuckle and acacia. Dry on the palate, with lean notes of orange & grapefruit zest along with hints of gooseberry. Secondary notes of mineral earth & salinity, dried white florals and white pepper powder. Airy density on the middle palate, with taut acidity and round structure toward a succulent dry finish with good intensity.

Classic Riesling , a little on the nervous side, tight but finished the next day and had softened somewhat, decant would help drinking this young.
