Medium salmon in color. With very nice tiny bead of bubbles.
The nose is youthful with discreet notes of red berries, especially raspberry.
It’s ligh to medium body, sharp and focused, mineral, with the same fruity notes of raspberry, sanguine orange and almost a savoury aftertaste.good length.
Nice rose Franciacorta from this house.
I tried many of their “61” range sparkling and all were very good.
