  We picked this up at our wine club and when we got home found out they mistakenly gave us two bottles of this and none of the other bottle of Nebbiolo. Initially we were unhappy as we wanted the other wine as well but after having a bottle of this Dolcetto we were pleased with the mistake. This was a medium purple wine with decent bite with its acidity, medium plus body, relatively high alcohol and soft tannins that was overall very pleasant. It came with dark fruit, some herbal spiciness that resonated oregano and some leather. It's body was very pleasant with the spiciness and oregano expressing itself. It went very well with our meatballs in marinara and with fresh mozzarella. Great value!
