  • 11% ABV. Bottle no. 89 / 850. PNP into Grassl Liberte glass (“Flower” day): Pale golden with some cloudiness.

Aromatic citrus fruits focused like zests and grapefruits with peels, orchard fruits like quince and pear with sea salt, seaweed like umami and minerality based marina notes, florals and minty spices.

Strong streak of minerality, high acidity and high toned, salt preserved citrus fruits with peels. Almost like sandalwood woody spices, slight hint of oxidative nuances that adds to the complexity. Great energy level and a clean and persistent finish.

    94 points.

  • No cage here instead just a traditional cork with glued on foil. Absolutely terrible and a joke for the price. Drinks like a still Pet Nat with super sour yellow fruit, chlorine, and funk. Easy dump down the drain. Am I missing something here other than no secondary ferment or dosage?
