  Tasted this at the Ranch, hosted by Mary, the winemaker. Tasting really well for such a young cab, and will easily lay down for 10 or more years.
  The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like black currant (cassis). It tastes like black currant (cassis). The body is medium/full. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium.
