very pale salmon colour and medium bodied in the glass. initially reductive in the nose, it opens up to aromas of raspberry, pomegranate, rose petal accents, and mineral whiffs. a high-toned acidic vein still runs thru the palate as notes of red berry and plum unfold with a white pepper accent. as it warms, the creamy texture becomes more apparent and the fruit notes grow richer with white stone- and orchard-fruit flavour. moderately long finish with less astringency and more minerality than in its youth.
very much a "food" rather than a glou-glou rosé that should probably be consumed sooner rather than later.
14% AbV; 86% CS/ 10% CF/ 4% SY; whole cluster pressed; a small amount of the wine ages in neutral French oak

Not an everyday easy and light rose with 14% abv, bold and creamy texture. A blend of 73% CS, 19% CF and 8% Syrah, aged for 1 month in used FR oak. Pale salmon colour, copper hue. Aroma of flint, graphite, stone, raspberries, floral hints. Palate is oily, creamy and concentrated, mineral with red fruit hints, medium level acidity concludes with bitter and spicy finish.

Rose is never my cup of tea but I have tired a few Provence's. This wine sucks your attention from it's label, and once your open the screw cap the aroma sucks you in. The color is pink, very lovely. It doesn't have the man made after taste that other winery had, nor the unnecessary tannins for a rose. In fact, this is the best rose I ever had (from a very limited trials).

Aroma of strawberries, a bit sweeter than I expected but easy and enjoyable to drink.
