  • With the addition of a high proof home made brandy, this Port is aged for 3-4 years in oak barrels prior to bottling. Flavors of black currents, Cassis, blueberries and blackberries which are consistent fruit characteristics of the Syrah, and the fortification process preserves and highlights all these qualities. The port also has hints of sautéed brown mushrooms, with melted Stilton and topped with crushed walnuts.
