Great nose that read more like riesling. Big ethanol and petrol with nice wet slate and stone. Quite far developed on the palate, very dense, honeyed and lemon seeds. Palate didn't match up to the freshness and purity on the nose. A distinct lack of acid here. Good but have had superior experiences with 'lesser' Knolls.

Very fragrant, full nose - scented and honeyed. Nice spritz initially, but blows off after a moment in the glass in contact with the air. Rich fruit. Excellent. (at Gordon Ramsay, Royal Hospital Rd)

Very thick but very complex with lime, wet stone, nutmeg, peach, pineapple. A great bottle of Veltliner.
