Pale yellow color. Good bead of bubbles in flute, served initially at 40°F. Right away nice flavor. Not bitter as some chard driven champagne are. What fruit am I tasting? Not pear. Not quite peach either but perhaps same family. Right now fruit is hanging back. Expect to step up once warmer. Later, bitter taste appears, like eating the membrane between grapefruit segments. But not over the top. The fruit flavor seems evasive; not quite apple, not quite peach or apricot. And medium dry. And again served around 40°. While its done nothing bad, its not done anything outstanding either, which makes it a nice agreeable middle of the road champagne. Sweet spot is 55°. Worth buying again.

Gentle bubles, green apple, toasted bread. A super delicious champagne with golden colour. Brut but fruitful.

偏金色的色泽和细腻柔软的气泡表现更像是陈年香槟的感觉,但入口还是清晰的成熟水果香气为主调。黄苹果、杏、京白梨,搭配坚果、海盐奶油和豆蔻香料,回味中略有一丝杏仁的苦感。酸度不算非常充裕,圆润、丰厚的质感让结构更倾向于展开而非挺拔,很适合用稍高的温度当成白葡萄酒来喝。
