  • Louis Latour White & Red Burgundy Tasting (Monterrey, Mexico): The initial nose is hot, reminiscent of añejo Tequila. Beneath the obvious alcohol there are peaches and minerality. The mouthfeel is very attractive, oily, and fat but the heat keeps dominating. It improved throughout the evening, with the alcohol showing a bit less.
