{screwcap, 13%} Still pale straw. Restrained but pointed nose of savoury stony grapefruit and mild fig and nut. Similar palate. Medium-bodied at most. Medium acid. Beguiling, understated sort of wine which wins you over with purity. Medium/long finish. Keep more years easy.

3 Tasmanian Wineries; 1/14/2022-1/23/2022 (Tasmania): {screwcap, A$55} Strongly cashew-infused nose, with figs and butter. Classy oak here! Palate has more intense grapefruit, subtly creamy oak yet still a crunchy sort of texture. Medium/high acid, dry, medium weight. Medium long finish. Really good wine. Keep five years at least.

Made in a more austere style, white fruits, with acidic backbone. Even some more lemon undertones. Some ok, but overly. Very nice.
