The crowd today tasted this alongside a 2019 Colene Clemens Max. An experience of Willamette Valley Pinot, specifically the Chehalem Mountains and a Pinto from a Russian River producer but this specific wine was from the Santa Lucia Highlands.
Both are outstanding representation of Pinot Noir. The Rosella’s Vineyard appeared slightly thinner with strawberry and cranberry wrapped in light oak. This wine was PNP but remained consistent in the glass even after 45 minutes. A lovely nose albeit light with red fruits with a dominate strawberry aroma. Nicely balanced and a beautiful mouthfeel just slightly lighter on the star in the bottle, Pinot Noir. While both were outstanding, the Max was the preferred wine by this crowd. Perhaps more bottle time or a longer decant for the next go around of this wine.

Wonderful Pinot, fruit without being overwhelming, good tannins, strong finish.

Sublime. Ready to drink. Strawberries, changing every second in the mouth. American pinot noir doesn't get better than this.

Second nigh, another bottle amazing wine. Refine, mellow with a nice finish really elegant. Burgundian almost like a laid down DRC.
Very impressed! Kudos KB
