Natural wine nose with also loads of salty minerality and almonds. Some fruit in the mouth which has a creamy texture despite being very light on its feet. Ample malic acidity on the finish, which seems to contrary to the creamy texture noted in the mid palate. Really interesting and enjoyable wine.

Love this! Finally coming of age, had a bottle a couple of years ago but it wasn't ready. Experimental blanc de noirs made from Caino Tinto. White asparagus, starfruit, red apple, masses of salt, peach, tomato, satsuma, almond, sherbet, tomato leaf, gooseberry. Wild!

Lightly pinkish tinge. Loads of energy, evident skin contact. Distinctly non-fruity. Loads of sharp acidity and skin astringency. Some interesting aromatics of white pepper and wet slate minerality. Not a style I like. Hair-shirted natural wine enthusiasts will love it.

My rating should be taken with a grain of salt as I was feeling a bit under the weather when I tried it.
High acidity, fruit was a bit lighter on the palate than I was hoping, but I think it would do well with 3-4 years in bottle to help it soften the edges a bit.
