(home tasting) The color looks like rusty red with brick hues. The nose is rather shy for 20 min apart from the leather that dominates the aromas. But give it some time in the glass and then you get smoke, maybe nutmeg with a hint of sour cherry. In the mouth its completely round, almost sweet, with some sour cherry again over chocolate Short to medium aftertaste and after about an hour it is dropping fast. It is more than obvious that it has passed its maturity period and its been on the downhill for some time now. But 43 years after its birth and on a vintage that was far away of being called " a great one" and has not turned to vinegar. Makes you wonder what they can do on a good vintage!!!
