  비오니에를 그다지 좋아하진 않지만 잘 만들어진 콩그리유가 얼마나 매력적인지 보여주는 와인. 지난 번 시음보다 좋은 인상을 받음. 복합적이며 긴 여운을 보여준다. 생각보다 꽃 향이 잘 올라오진 않았지만 비오니에 치고 구조를 잡아주는 산미가 무천 인상적이었던 와인. 견과류와 향이 강하지 않은 소프트치즈와 함께 했는데 무척 잘 어울렸다.

  지금까지 경험해본 꽁드리외에 비해 상당히 균형잡힌 모습을 보여준다. 개인적으로 산미가 좋은 화이트를 좋아하는 나에게 비오니에의 유질감이 항상 거슬렸는데 이 와인은 신선한 과실감이 돋보이면서 불쾌한 무게감을 상쇠해 준다. 여전히 비오니에는 내게 좀 어렵다. 특히 이 가격에는.

  To be a Condrieu, this is a surprisingly civilized and balanced wine. It is fruity, of course, displaying lush notes of tropical fruits, peach, pear and honey, but not in an overdone or exaggerated way. The wine is fairly low in acids, as expected, but not in a heavy, flat or exaggerated way. In fact, the wine gives a rather fresh and pleasant impression as a whole.
  
  If you are a fan of super-sweet, super-thick and ultra-oily Condrieus, this wine may not be your best bet. However, if you prefer a more balanced Condrieu that goes well with food (e.g. fish), I can recommend this.

  Pale gold with medium plus intensity developing aromas of honeysuckle, lemon, honey, banana, kiwi, spice, almond.
