One of the finest Domaine Ganevat bottles I've had recently. Golden color, golden apples...less acidity than I prefer but the depth of flavor more than compensated. I just love these bottles.

Orange, mandarin, kamfer, yellow apple, medium+ acidity, slight phenols, one dimensional, bit floral. Medium finish, solid concentration, very good quality 88p

Oxydé, comme tous les 2016 ouverts en 2022 (4 bouteilles différentes) de ce producteur, y compris les vins du domaine. Heureusement les vins 2018 du négoce sont toutes superbes.

Golden yellow in color slightly cloudy Nose - lemon rind, beeswax, honey, lovely and wild nose Mouth - powerful. Initially slightly reduced but with 10 min of air that corrected. The palate is that of intense lemon curd. Some honey flavors on the midpalate as it warms, and then a serious lemon zest reappears on the finish. I adore the intensity of citrus sour I find in the Ganevat whites, which also surprises me since it often occurs in conjunction with oxidative flavors. In short it’s a complex melange. What is he doing that others don't? Great find at Wolfgang Vincafe, Gothenburg, Swe.
