  Dried mango and tangerine peel on the nose. Tropicality in a quiet, not effusive way. Dry on the palate, with a fun interplay between bitterness and acidity. Lacks a bit extra complexity and drive, but delicious with food. Best served not too cold; too cold and the bitterness/acidity juts out a bit.
