  Chardonnay from 30 years old vines, aged 12 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks and barrels, 12.5% vol.
  
  PnP. On the nose good Chardonnay typicality with mainly orchard fruits, on the palate medium acidity, slightly creamy, good length, 88-89.
  
  According to the warm vintage, the wine did not show much Chablis typicality, nonetheless it was a good choice at the Brasserie Saint Martin in Saint-Dié-des-Vosges. Drink within the next 2 years.

  PnP, chilled. A clear light to medium yellow in the glass. A solid, but not rousing, medium bodied Chablis that showed minerality, lemon citrus and some light stone fruits. The acidity was fresh and palate cleansing which worked well with a fish filet in a butter and white wine sauce. Should hold for some years.

Most Chablis vintages are now leaning 'hot' but while not classic I have liked all the 19s I have had. There is a nice slate, mineral component to this. Perfectly serviceable affordable Chablis.
