Medium lemon with golden hue. Lovely nose with brioche, minerals, lemon, saline, buttermilk, nectarine, hay, cream. Medium+ acidity, medium body at most. Palate tapers to a rather long, lean, salty and elegant finish. On the lees aromas pronounced.

This Gorges carries significantly more acidity than the other Bregeon offerings I've tried. All are excellent. This is the one to pair with a lemon-caper sauce on your seafood dish, and is less so the one to sip on a long Zoom social gathering.
